“Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave me no water for my feet, but she has wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. You gave me no kiss, but from the time I came in she has not ceased to kiss my feet. You did not anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet with ointment. Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven—for she loved much. But he who is forgiven little, loves little.” And he said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” Then those who were at table with him began to say among themselves, “Who is this, who even forgives sins?” And he said to the woman, "Your faith has saved you; go in peace" (Luke 7: 44b-50, ESV).
Christ's questions to me, "Do you love Me? Do you believe in Me? If so, where is your peace?"
Jesus didn't measure this woman's faith. He stated simply, "Your faith has saved you, go in peace." Peace. This little word packed with meaning left me questioning the state of my heart. Do I go in peace?
When others view my walk, do they see peace and assurance or trepidation and unrest? When I lay my head down to sleep, is my mind quiet with full trust in Jesus?
Today, I intend to live more fully in the spirit. My prayer is that I walk in peace and live my faith as I love my God. No other action is required. I must love The Lord my God with all my heart, strength, and soul. And, He is faithful to forgive and give us peace.

- I have been married for 35 years to the most fantastic husband. We have a wonderful marriage and are true friends. We have been blessed with four children. Michael has recently opened a Comics and Collectables shop and is editing several of his scripts and beginning new ones. Paul is in college getting a culinary arts degree. My husband is a band and choral teacher, a bi-vocational minister and directs the winds at Brewton Parker College. I graduated with my MA in Theological Studies from Liberty University in May, 2012 and with my MRE in May, 2014. I teach art and music for the 21st Century program at Upper Lyons Elementary School. Despite having our oldest two children kidnapped in 1989 by my parents, we feel blessed. Our children were found in February, 2009 but have refused to speak with us. While this breaks our heart, we still trust God to work in and through this tragic situation. We love such a marvelous God who has never left us. Since I graduated with my latest seminary degree, I hope to get to writing again on my books. I would love to speak at your church on forgiveness, love and trust.

When I look at you I see someone that has a lot of faith. Someone that has been through a lot of things. Someone that I look up to. You have been one great role model for me. I see a wonderful lady who is full of Christ. You have been someone who has one right. When I didn't want to forgive my mother for doing wrong so.e how the Lord put you in my life and you taught me to forgive. You taught me that the Lord has forgave all of us and so we should forgive everyone. I can't speak for everyone else but I see someone wonderful when I look at you.
